What Do You Do At a Typical
Wisdom Group Meeting?
All meetings begin and end with the Circle of Fire Prayer. The
Four Agreements, the “Imaginings” and the Sixth Sun Ethics are read aloud at least
once a month or when new members join your circle. What happens in between
the opening and closing of the meeting may include a wide variety of activities.
The most common will probably be discussing some aspect of The Four Agreements,
sharing personal experiences related to living The Four Agreements, and supporting
each other in overcoming blocks to changing old beliefs. But there can be many
other activities — for example: reading, journaling, healing, artwork,
and guest sharing.
It is up to each group to decide how to manifest
its own expression of the Dream of Heaven on Earth. Wisdom Groups may
also choose to have study meetings to explore specific aspects or areas
of Toltec knowledge. Such meetings may be either open or closed, depending
on the decision of the membership. Study meetings do not take the place
of Wisdom Group meetings but are held either immediately
